  • I draw from a range of hands-on approaches depending on your needs, goals, and what feels most supportive in the moment. Sessions are not formulaic or technique-driven for their own sake. Instead, I listen for where the body is asking for support and work in a way that is responsive, collaborative, and grounded in your system’s capacity for change.

While each modality has its own language and focus, they are all in service of the same thing: creating more space, ease, mobility, and regulation within the body.

  • Trauma-sensitive bodywork is an approach that prioritizes safety, choice, pacing, and attunement. Instead of trying to force change or override the body, it works gently with the nervous system and the body’s responses. This may include slower pacing, clear communication, and support for your sense of agency throughout the session.

The intention is to create conditions in which the body can begin to shift naturally, rather than being pushed to do so.

  • Touch is always offered with care, clarity, and consent. Clients often describe my touch as gentle, warm, and calming, but sessions are never about pushing past your comfort.

We’ll talk beforehand about your preferences, boundaries, and anything that would help you feel more at ease. I will ask before making contact, and you are always free to ask for adjustments, pauses, or no touch at any time.

There is no pressure to receive touch in a certain way. Every body and nervous system has its own pace, and I aim to work in a way that feels safe, respectful, and responsive to where you are that day.

  • A BioMat can help create a deeper sense of comfort, warmth, and relaxation during your session. It uses gentle infrared heat and amethyst crystals to support circulation, ease muscular tension, and help the nervous system settle.

Many people find that it makes it easier for the body to soften, unwind, and receive the work more fully.

  • That depends on your goals, your nervous system, and the kind of support you’re looking for. Some people come in weekly or biweekly at the beginning to build momentum and consistency or for support with chronic issues, while others come monthly or as needed for ongoing support and maintenance.

We can find a rhythm that feels supportive, sustainable, and responsive to what your body is asking for.
