  • Scope of Services
    I provide CranioSacral therapy and related therapies to support health and wellness. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. For medical concerns, please consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional.

    Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
    Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24-hours notice.
    Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that I can remain on schedule for other clients. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and it may be treated as a missed session.

    Payment
    Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted forms of payment are listed on my booking page.

    Privacy & Confidentiality
    Your privacy is important and your information is treated with care and respect.

    Personal and health information you provide is used for scheduling, communication, record keeping, and to support safe, appropriate care.

    Information is stored using secure systems and is not shared with others without your consent, except:

    • when required by law

    • if there is concern about abuse, neglect, or serious risk of harm

    • or as needed for basic business operations (such as secure scheduling or payment platforms)

    Email, text, and online systems are convenient but not always fully secure. By using these methods, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

    Assumption of Risk & Liability
    Every body responds differently to CranioSacral therapy and related therapies. By receiving services, you acknowledge the potential for minor risks (such as physical discomfort or soreness) and release Body of Water from liability except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
